We care about the privacy of anyone who visits our website and contacts us through the contact form. Below we explain what data we collect, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

2. What data we collect and why

When you send us a message through the contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, company name, message content) in order to respond to your inquiry and, should it lead to that, to establish a business relationship.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR – taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence.

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for us to be able to respond to your message.

3. Cookies and analytics/marketing tools

Our website uses cookies:

necessary for the website to function properly;

Google Analytics – to analyse website traffic statistics;

Meta Pixel – for marketing and remarketing activities on Facebook/Instagram.

Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after consent is given via the cookie banner, which you may withdraw at any time in your browser settings or the consent panel. Refusing consent does not restrict access to the website's content.

4. Who we share your data with

Your data may be shared with trusted parties who support us in running our business:

website hosting provider – WebWave Sp. z o.o.;

Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel) – with respect to cookie data, which may involve transferring data to the USA under compliance mechanisms recognised by the European Commission (the Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses);

the accounting office servicing the Company.

We have an agreement in place with each of these parties to ensure the security of your data.

5. How long we keep your data

Data from the contact form is kept for the duration of the correspondence, and afterwards for up to 3 years, in case of any potential claims. Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the duration of the contract and for the period required under tax regulations (generally 5 years). Cookie consents remain valid until withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, request its erasure, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent (e.g. cookies), you may withdraw that consent at any time.
